BULK ORDERING PROCESS FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

Mass production & delivery

Carry out large-scale production of orders.

  1. Customers select product styles from our existing molds (fixed shapes and sizes). You can consult us for a product catalog or view it on our website.
  2. Customers provide the required quantity of products (including the address and when they need to receive the goods).
  3. We provide a tiered discount quote based on the requested quantity.
  4. Negotiation and confirmation of cooperation.
  5. Customers provide us with the logos or text to be printed.
  6. We design and provide a mock-up for customer confirmation.
  7. Customer confirms that the design is correct.
  8. Formalize the details discussed in steps 1-7 into an official stamped electronic contract for reconfirmation.
  9. Arrange for a sample production (usually free of charge).
  10. Express delivery of the sample (shipping cost paid by the buyer).
  11. Once the sample is confirmed as correct, the customer pays 50% of the payment, and the factory arranges for mass production.
  12. After production completion, the customer pays the remaining 50% balance, and the factory arranges for shipping.
  13. Customer receives and inspects the goods.

Mass production to order and delivery

Customers send design drafts or images, and we determine whether the product is in stock.

    1. If not in stock (except for crystal or wood products), most require mold manufacturing (which incurs a mold cost).
    2. Customers provide the required quantity of products (including the address and when they need to receive the goods).
    3. We provide a tiered discount quote based on the requested quantity and sustainability considerations.
    4. Negotiation and confirmation of cooperation.
    5. Customers provide us with the logos or text to be printed.
    6. We design and provide a mock-up for customer confirmation.
    7. Customer confirms that the design is correct.
    8. Formalize the details discussed in steps 1-8 into an official stamped electronic contract for reconfirmation.
    9. Arrange for a sample production (mold costs and sample fees may be waived depending on the order).
    10. Express delivery of the sample (shipping cost paid by the buyer).
    11. Once the sample is confirmed as correct, the customer pays 50% of the payment, and the factory arranges for mass production.
    12. After production completion, the customer pays the remaining 50% balance, and the factory arranges for shipping.
